On July 2, 2021, Battlegrounds Mobile was released in India. The first content update for PUBG Mobile in India has arrived. Not only that, but the update also introduces Mission Ignition, a new limited-time mode, and the MG3, a brand-new weapon. Battlegrounds Mobile India received the new Royale Pass Month mechanism as part of the patch.

  • Version 1.5.0 of Battlegrounds Mobile India, as seen in a video released last week. It introduces a new light machine pistol, the MG3, to the game (LMG). It may be obtained by airdrops while playing Classic maps or the Karakin map, and it replaces the M249 in the supply box. The M249 LMG is now available in field drops, after previously being unavailable in airdrops. On the map, the gun will be available for looting.
  • The MG3 gun has continuous firepower and a 6x magnification sight. It uses 7.62mm ammo and has a magazine that can hold up to 75 rounds before needing to be reloaded.
  • The Battlegrounds Mobile India update introduces a new Mission Ignition mode, which contains six new sites on the Erangel map, in addition to the MG3 gun and healing consumables.
  • From the enhanced settings in Battlegrounds Mobile India, you can now customize the sensitivity of your weaponry. One can also adjust the camera angles in the third person perspective (TPP).
  • One free event has been added to the Events area of Battlegrounds Mobile India. Players can earn Sand Bottles.
  • There is a new Royale Pass Month system that is known as RPM1. These are for the ones who want to use Royale passes.
  • On top of that, Krafton has teamed with Tesla, and Battlegrounds Mobile India will now feature Tesla’s Gigafactory in four fixed sites across the Erangel map.
  • They will also be able to take a test drive in the new vehicle and use the autopilot mode. Tesla Semi trucks that are self-driving will be available on rural roads and will automatically follow predetermined routes.

To see all of the latest enhancements, go to the Google Play store and download the Battlegrounds Mobile India update.

This news came only days after Battlegrounds Mobile India reached the 34 million user mark. According to the makers, the game boasts 16 million daily active users and 2.4 million peak concurrent users.
